How to Make Our Stomach Happy and Healthy!

How to make our stomach happy!
The most hardworking organs in our body is our stomach. It will digest the food 3 times a day and 2 extra snacks times as well. Some people eat like no tomorrow. One they call it itchy mouth anyhow et even all those rubbish or junk foods.  
We need to have knowledge how to take care our stomach.
1. Eat your food on time. These are the ideal times to eat.
Breakfast 7-8am 
Lunch 11-1pm
Dinner 6-7pm 
Eating beyond this time is not a right time in my own point of view.
2. Eat the right food. 
What are the foods that is good for my stomach.
  Learn to eat any food that are high in Fibre, vitamins and mineral. It's better to eat a half cook or raw food. Carrots,cucumber, tomatoes and many more can be eaten as raw. As what I observed now a days even the food that can be eaten raw they like to cook it and somehow overcooked. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Sip would suggests eat oats, yogurt, berries,salmon fish and broccoli and cauliflower. There are many foods put there that are lots of vitamins no Fiber. Try not to eat cold food like vegetables that are very cooling. Still it depends on every persons body condition.

Don't stored so many food and vegetables inside your fridge. I can relate because in our house we have 3 fridge and now  become two yet to much for a one household. I observed my kidney got weak after I ate those left overs for many days coz my Sister in law likes to starred food and let other s eat it. Now I'm already clever enough to reject if she gave me those type of foods.

3. Eat warm food. 
     It's oops for our stomach if our food is warm. Our organs inside our body is warm. If we put in very cold food it can harm our stomach actually. That's why we don't encourage people to drink cold drinks and eat cold foods. I can relate from other people because it's also our culture to use ice in most of our drink specially drinks cola or even water. What I I observed her even the canned drinks are cold they still give a cup with ice inside.  
 The principle behind the cold or ice or any cold that will invade our body. Cold will make things hard like ice. Warm like fire will melt the hard things. It's the same thing in our body if lots of cold it will blocked the circulation. While taking warm foods and drink or makes body warm enhanced blood circulation.

How to make the food warm.
1. Using microwave oven. In first world countries we are used to warm our food using microwave but the truth is it will produce radiation to make Hot the food. So the food s nutrients will be gone and we are like eating as no Nutrients at all even we eat vegetables or any nutritious foods. 

2. Using the Electric Steamer Lunch Box
   This is The best solution  to warm our foods. But steaming it for a few minutes we can eat our food warm during our lunch time at work or in office or at school. 
I suggest on this at the same time I'm looking for products that can solve my problem. I like to cook my own food because I know what I'm eating and I know it's safe and healthy. But my workplace don't have the microwave so I look for an electric steamer.

Maybe some of few felt I talk strange and you don't like what I said. I gather all these dates and information from people I trusted who are really promoting good health in a natural way. I'm working in a TCM shops and I saw most of the problem of the people are their stomach. This is very serious because most having stomach problems will lead to heart problem to diabetic  and so on and on....I check one lady 30 years working in the airport and shifting time. She told us she is a vegetarian. When we checked her body is in very bad condition but she claim as vegetarian. Then I asked her:did u cook your own food ?She said no. I bought outside who sell vegetarian food. We can't guarantee that they claim as vegetarian it means healthy. Most people say vegetarian but their food are very oily.

If we take care our stomach our body will be healthy. 
This is just my own opinion and no time for editing. I'm just talking from my heart as a living testimony and I want to educate the people how to have a happy and healthy stomach.
